HOW DO I CREATE A PROFILE AT TASTYCLOUDVAPECO.COM?
You can easily create your own Tasty Cloud profile by creating a username, and password with your birth of date to confirm you are of a legal age to vape. We recommend that you use your email address as your username, to make it easy to remember. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 characters.
WHY SHOULD I CREATE A USER PROFILE AT TASTYCLOUDVAPECO.COM?
Before placing an order, you need to create a user profile. When you log in to your user profile, your personal details are already stored so that you don't have to enter them again when placing a new order. You also have access to Tasty Cloud, where you can get a full overview of your profile, pending orders, order history, shipping and payment details.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD / USERNAME - CAN YOU HELP ME?
If you forgot your password, just click the "Forgot Password" link and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password. A forgotten username can be retrieved directly via email.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We deliver within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. Certain products have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations
HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?
All orders will be packaged within 1 to 4 business days from the date you place your order and will be picked up by USPS the following business day, regardless of the shipping option you choose.
Ex. If you place an order Friday and choose Two-Day Shipping, your order will not be processed or picked up by USPS till the following Monday and be delivered to you two business days after. Shipping days/times are only estimates by the shipping courier service and are not guaranteed unless expressed by the shipping courier service.
Domestic orders can take 1 to 15 business days to reach their intended destination and can be delayed due to weather or other factors that we, Tasty Cloud Vape Co., LLC, CANNOT control. Time frames specified are only estimates from the shipping couriers and are not guaranteed by us, Tasty Cloud Vape Co., LLC.
Weather and other conditions can affect delivery times. Invoices are processed in the order they are received. If there were many orders placed over the weekend, then there could be a possible delay in getting your order out. USPS does not deliver on weekends or major holidays, which may affect final delivery date.
During high season and sales, delivery might take a little longer.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS?
We offer free shipping on all Standard orders of $59.99 or more regardless of the size and weight of your package. For Standard orders under $59.99, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00.
We also offer Priority Mail (3 days delivery time).
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping costs varies on buyer's location.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.
Please remember that once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have control of the item. However, we will try our best to assist all of our customers in locating their package if it is ever lost during transit. It is up to the customer to be aware of their laws regarding ordering e-liquid/receiving e-liquid and any other restrictions regarding other vapor related products. PAYMENTS & SALES TAX

- All transactions are encrypted for your safety*.
** If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. For pending orders, we will debit the last credit card that you’ve used. If you return any items, we will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment, less the return shipping fee. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.
Tasty Cloud Vape Co., charges the appropriate state and local sales tax based on the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. The sales tax displayed at checkout is estimated and the final applicable tax will be calculated when your order is shipped.
